Terms of Service

_Last updated: 4 June 2026._

connectMWP (the "Software") — comprising the WordPress plugin (`connectmwp`), the local Model Context Protocol client (`connectmwp-mcp`), and the website at connectmwp.com — is provided by Stefan Heinz (2morrow.ai). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. What connectMWP is connectMWP is free, open-source software that lets your own AI clients connect directly to your own self-hosted WordPress sites to draft and manage content. It is a tool you run yourself; we do not host your sites, store your content, or sit in the path of your connections.

2. Free and open source The Software is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (GPLv2), or, where applicable, a GPL-compatible license. You are free to use, study, modify, and redistribute it under those terms. The full license text ships with the Software. connectMWP is provided free of charge — there is no fee, subscription, or paid tier.

3. Provided "as is" — no warranty Because the Software is provided free of charge, **there is no warranty for it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.** Except when otherwise stated in writing, the Software is provided **"as is", without warranty of any kind**, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you. Should the Software prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

*This mirrors the warranty disclaimer of the GPLv2, under which the Software is licensed.*

4. Limitation of liability **In no event, unless required by applicable law,** will Stefan Heinz / 2morrow.ai, or any other party who may modify and/or redistribute the Software, be liable to you for any damages — including any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software (including but not limited to loss of data, data being rendered inaccurate, losses sustained by you or third parties, or a failure of the Software to operate with any other software) — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Your responsibility for content and use

  • You are solely responsible for how you use connectMWP and for all content created, drafted, or published through it — including its accuracy, legality, and any intellectual-property rights.
  • AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or infringing. We strongly recommend reviewing all content in draft status before publishing; that review is your responsibility.
  • You agree to use the Software only with WordPress sites you own or are authorized to manage, and in compliance with all applicable laws and your hosting provider's terms.

6. Indemnification To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stefan Heinz (2morrow.ai) from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Software or any content you create or publish with it.

7. Trademarks connectMWP is an independent project.
